Appointment at Argent Group

Property development company the Argent Group has named David Partridge as joint-chief executive alongside current chief executive Roger Madelin. Partridge will oversee masterplanning and building design. He is also chairman of the Piccadilly Partnership and director of Manchester City Centre Management Company - both Manchester-based public-private partnerships.
