Innovations - Scheme that rewards regular rent payers

Housing association Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is running a scheme that aims to provide an incentive for tenants to make their rent payments on a regular and consistent basis. A draw is held every three months for a £200 prize and only those residents who have kept up with their payments are entered.
