Willmott Dixon chosen

Housebuilder Willmott Dixon has been chosen by Cambridgeshire County Council to build 106 mixed-tenure homes in the district of Fenland. The mixture of terraced, detached and semi-detached two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will be built on three sites called Beaufort Drive, Hereward Hall and Norwood Road and will cost a total of £12 million.
