Appointment at Bridgend County Borough Council

Dr Jo Farrar has been appointed as the new chief executive of Bridgend County Borough Council. She has held the post of assistant chief executive at Cardiff Council for the past two years. Dr Farrar previously worked on the change team overseeing the merger of education and training body ELWa, the Welsh Development Agency and the Welsh Tourist Board with the Welsh Assembly Government.
