Appointment at Passmore Urban Renewal

Colin Babb has been appointed as regeneration manager at east London-based housing regeneration firm Passmore Urban Renewal. His role will be to broaden the organisation's activities to include economic and community regeneration, as well as housing renewal activities. Babb was previously principal consultant at St Elmo da Costa consultancy.
