Compulsory Purchase Order

A Compulsory Purchase Order for the area in front of Liverpool's Lime Street station has been confirmed by the secretary of state, freeing the site for redevelopment. Urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision and English Partnerships plan to create a new station entrance and a 27-storey tower.
