Harlow awarded million

Harlow has been awarded an extra £1 million from the Government's Growth Areas Fund to part-fund improvements to the Essex town's bus services. The cash is on top of £12 million already awarded by the fund towards Harlow's regeneration plans, which include 2,000 homes, a neighbourhood centre and a primary school.
