Bellway awarded

Housing regulator the Housing Corporation has awarded an £8.7 million contract to housebuilder Bellway to deliver 254 affordable homes at sites in north London, and in the South-East and South-West. Private sector construction firms have been able to bid for Housing Corporation funding since March 2005 as part of a drive to increase the supply of affordable housing.
