Ekos appointed

Highlands and Islands enterprise network firm HIE Moray has appointed consultancy Ekos to conduct an economic regeneration study of towns in East Moray. Ekos will carry out research on retail support strategies as well as exploring the feasibility of a pilot scheme to help independent retailers improve their competitiveness and attract new customers.
