Basepoint signs deal

Business centre specialist Basepoint has signed a deal with Lewes District Council and the South-East England Development Agency to build and operate a £4 million business centre designed to nurture and support new businesses in Newhaven, East Sussex. The Newhaven Business Centre will offer business facilities for up to 50 small firms in a mix of office units, workshops and studios.
