Degree-level training mooted for Gateway

The Department for Communities and Local Government is pushing to give Thames Gateway residents with at least NVQ3 standard qualifications an "entitlement" to degree-level training, according to a leaked draft of the forthcoming strategic framework for the area, seen by Regeneration & Renewal.
