Four national developers chosen

Four national developers have been chosen to lead the large-scale regeneration of run-down neighbourhoods in North Staffordshire. Countryside Properties, Inspired Developments, David Wilson Homes and Bellway Homes have been selected as preferred partners in four priority areas of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyne by housing market renewal pathfinder Renew North Staffordshire.
