Niken Construction to build homes in Bloxwich

A Walsall contractor has been appointed to build seven bungalows and two flats in Bloxwich. Niken Construction will build the homes opposite Blakenall Village Centre. Walsall Housing Group, which owns the development, has secured a £320,000 Social Housing Grant from social housing regulator the Housing Corporation towards the £777,000 cost of construction.
