Appointment at Barnet Council

Barnet Council has appointed councillor Andrew Harper as its design and heritage champion. His role will be to ensure that design quality is prioritised by developers aross the borough. Harper will also work to protect and enhance conservation areas, sites of archaeological interest, battlefields and listed buildings.
