Prospective council tenants in Leeds

Prospective council tenants in Leeds will be offered a choice of homes owned by private sector landlords in one of the first schemes of its kind in the country. The city council is to add homes owned by accredited private landlords to its choice-based lettings scheme, which advertises 100 affordable homes for rent each week.
