Parental Compensation Orders

New guidance advising councils how to ensure parents take responsibility for the damage their children cause has been issued by the Home Office and the Department for Education and Skills. Ten councils are taking part in a pilot scheme for Parental Compensation Orders (R&R, 28 July, p6).
