Appointment at Called Eye

Jon Sawyer, the former consultancy director of developer Urban Catalyst, has set up a new business. Called Eye, it is intended to undertake development projects for public and private sector clients. Staff members include Richard Green, former director of the Eastside scheme for Birmingham City Council, and Joanne Bloy, the former head of implementation at Rotherham Borough Council.
