Appointment at Institution of Economic Development

The chief executive of Pro-Manchester - the association of Manchester businesses - is to become chair of the Institution of Economic Development, a UK organisation for economic development practitioners. Daniel Dobson-Mouawad has previously also been employed as a senior local government officer.
