Cardiff job plans

Plans for a business park that its backers say could create up to 8,000 jobs have been submitted to Cardiff Council. Led by developer Westgate Park and the Welsh Assembly Government, the Wales International Business Park would be located north of junction 33 of the M4 motorway.
