Jarrold planning permission

A mixed-use development of houses, offices, a hotel and retail outlets in Norwich came closer last week when retailer and developer Jarrold and Sons was granted planning permission to regenerate nearly 6ha of land between the River Wensum and Barrack Street in the city. The plans include around 200 homes.
