Appointment at Inspire

Public art and design initiative Inspire has recruited Wendy Scott to the post of public art and design officer. Set up in 2003, Inspire aims to improve the built and natural environment in south-east Northumberland through better design and by involving artists. Scott will be responsible for advising and dealing with partners in the public and private sectors to encourage the involvement of artists in local projects.
