Suburbs are not to be sneered at

Just as I was wondering why the Antarctic ice mass is growing and getting cooler at a time of global warming - according to a Sunday Telegraph report - and thinking about how I could reduce my carbon footprint by anything less than suicide, I realised I loved suburbia, that bastard child of urban policy.
