London Development shortlist

London Development Agency has shortlisted two developers to take forward an 800-home site in the Lower Lea Valley growth area. Barratt with Circle Anglia and Countryside Properties with Swan Housing Association have been shortlisted to deliver the plans for the three hectare St Andrew's Hospital site. The LDA will select the preferred development partner by the end of the year.
