DBK Back appointed

Construction consultancy DBK Back has been appointed project manager for a £10 million scheme to convert Orchard House, a ten-storey office block in Poole, Dorset, into 115 luxury apartments. Owners Coltham Developments hope to start construction work before the end of the year.
