Greyfriars shortlist

Seven developers have been shortlisted for the redevelopment of the Greyfriars site in Gloucester city centre. Plans for the 2.46 hectare site, which is owned by English Partnerships, envisage a mixed use neighbourhood, including 400 homes, a neighbourhood centre and new public spaces. The seven shortlisted firms are Bellway Homes, Charles Church Homes, Edward Ware Homes, Grainger Trust plc, Linden Homes, Lovell, and Sanctuary Housing.
