Appointment at Riverside Inverclyde

Bill Nichol has joined urban regeneration company Riverside Inverclyde as chief executive. Nichol, currently director of Scottish Executive project Clyde Regeneration, will be responsible for leading a ten-year programme to deliver 2,500 new homes, 2,500 new jobs and 49,200sq metres of business accommodation. He replaces interim chief executive Stuart Dixon who is moving to economic development agency Scottish Enterprise Dumfries & Galloway.
