Cambridgeshire plans unveiled

Plans for a development trust that would build large-scale community and environmental infrastructure in a proposed Cambridgeshire town were unveiled this week. The proposed trust would use government grants, plus charitable and other external funding, to develop infrastructure for Northstowe.
