ESG appoints Urban Initiatives

Regeneration company ESG Herefordshire has appointed design practice Urban Initiatives to prepare a masterplan for a 40ha site north of Hereford city centre. The masterplan for the Edgar Street Grid site will aim to integrate it with the city centre, improve access to the railway station and create an 850-home community. It will also explore how the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire Canal can be restored.
