Appointments at the Commission for Racial Equality

Five appointments were made to the Commission for Racial Equality this week by communities secretary Ruth Kelly. The contracts of the new chair, Kay Hampton, and four new commissioners, will run until October 2007,when the CRE's work will be taken over by the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.
