Architect criticises Gateway Parklands plan

Architect Sir Terry Farrell has hit out at the plans for the Thames Gateway Parklands, part of the Government's interim plan for the area, officially unveiled last week at the Thames Gateway Forum by communities secretary Ruth Kelly.
