Unclaimed money that could help fund Olympics projects

There is at least £5-£6 billion of unclaimed money lying in bank accounts that could help to fund Olympics projects and other charity work - far more than official estimates, all-party Olympic and Paralympic group chair Derek Wyatt MP told the forum. The government-backed Commission on Unclaimed Assets proposes using £400 million from unclaimed accounts to fund the third sector.
