Interim deal for supply of utilities

An interim deal for the supply of utilities to the planned 400ha Ebbsfleet Valley development in Kent has been signed by developer Land Securities, Thames Water Services and EDF Energy. A final contract is due to cover the supply of gas, electricity, water and sewerage for new commercial space and 10,000 homes over 40 years.
