Appointment at Stevenage Homes

Cathy Deplessis has been appointed chief executive of Stevenage Homes. She joins Stevenage Borough Council's arm's length management organisation from Ascham Homes, a housing association where she was head of resident services. Prior to this she was a housing inspector with local government auditor the Audit Commission.
