Innovations - Scheme that identifies city living needs

Leicester Regeneration Company (LRC) has appointed research company CACI to identify the types of housing the city should provide in the future. Instead of looking at how the local housing market stands at present, CACI attempted to look at how employment trends will change in the area as a result of a number of factors, including the development of a science park and big changes to the city's retail and leisure offer. CACI head of regeneration and planning Simon Ho answers our panel's questions.
