Appointment at Chartered Institute of Housing

Grainia Long has been appointed director of the Chartered Institute of Housing in Northern Ireland. She joins from the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland where she was director of policy for two years, leading the commission's contribution to the Semple Review of Affordable Housing. Previously she was policy manager at Shelter Scotland. Long takes up her role on 19 November.
