Appointment at HTA

Housing and regeneration consultancy HTA has appointed Riette Oosthuizen as head of its new planning department, which will integrate planning from a project's early stages through to approval. Oosthuizen has specific interest in housing, urban policy, community engagement and neighbourhood regeneration. She joins from Knight Frank LLP where she was senior planning consultant on several mixed-use schemes.
