Sub-regional groups of local authorities draw up proposals

Thirteen sub-regional groups of local authorities, including councils in Greater Manchester and Tyne and Wear, are drawing up proposals to develop new multi-area agreement funding deals which cross council boundaries, the Department for Communities and Local Government has announced.
