Ed Miliband and Tom Riordan open Charity Bank North

Cabinet Officer minister Ed Miliband and Tom Riordan, chief executive of regional development agency Yorkshire Forward, last week opened Charity Bank North, which will provide financial advice to small third sector organisations in the region.
