Community Housing Association chooses contractor Durkan

Community Housing Association has chosen contractor Durkan to build 57 new apartments on Plaistow High Street in east London. The project aims to transform a 4,500sq metre brownfield site into a five-storey building containing flats for rent and shared ownership. Construction is already under way and scheduled to be complete in 2009.
