Figures show Wales has higher proportion of adults without qualifications

Wales has a higher proportion of adults without qualifications than England and Scotland, according to figures from the Welsh Assembly Government's statistical directorate. But the figures also show that the gap between Wales and the rest of the UK has narrowed since 2001. The figures are available via www.regen.net/doc.
