Crest Nicholson and Bioregional Quintain selected as preferred developers

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson and environmentally-friendly services provider Bioregional Quintain have been selected by Medway Council and the South East England Development Agency as the preferred developers for the first 600 homes at Rochester Riverside. They beat three others on the shortlist - Urban Splash, Countryside Properties and Bellway - for the contract to develop the 7ha site, one of the biggest in the Thames Gateway.
