Appointment at EC Harris

Tom Dobrashian has joined the Leeds office of consultancy EC Harris to lead the firm's regeneration work in the North. Dobrashian was previously commercial director of housing market renewal pathfinder Elevate East Lancashire. In his new role, he will be responsible for delivering regeneration schemes for both the public and private sector.
