Roads agency answers 'Donorgate' veto query

The government body responsible for trunk roads has moved to answer questions over whether it was leant on by ministers to lift its block on the construction of a business park by David Abrahams, the Labour benefactor at the centre of the 'Donorgate' funding scandal.
