Package of proposals published by the Cabinet Office

A package of proposals to reduce red tape for voluntary organisations was published by the Cabinet Office this week. The consultation proposes increasing the financial thresholds at which charities have to submit their accounts to voluntary sector regulator the Charity Commission.
