Keepmoat selected to build homes in Redcar

Developer Keepmoat has been selected by housing association Coast and Country Housing to build around 200 homes in Redcar, near Middlesbrough. The new estate will include properties for sale, rent and shared ownership. The work is being funded through a combination of grants from social housing funder the Housing Corporation and private finance from Keepmoat and Coast and Country.
