Appointment at Navigant Consulting

Eleanor Young has joined the regeneration and housing advisory team at Navigant Consulting as associate director. She was a senior policy adviser to former London mayor Ken Livingstone on planning and development. At the Greater London Authority, Young led the delivery of the London Plan and was lead adviser in the mayor's office on the development of the Thames Gateway.
