David Cameron speech says all wasteful quangos would be scrapped under Tory government

All wasteful quangos would be scrapped under a Tory government, party leader David Cameron said in his key note speech to the Conservative Party conference. Cameron said he would ask all his cabinet ministers to review their departments' spending programmes and cut initiatives that were not justifiable.
