Bloxham and Parkinson to speak at Northern Summit

Professor Michael Parkinson of Liverpool John Moores University and Tom Bloxham, chairman of developer Urban Splash, are to address issues facing businesses involved in regeneration during the economic downturn at next week's Northern Regeneration Summit, which takes place on 22-23 October.
