Inquiry report into Trump's golf resort plans

The public local inquiry report into US tycoon Donald Trump's golf resort plans in Aberdeenshire was last week received by Scotland's finance secretary John Swinney. He has committed to making a final decision on the scheme within 28 days of receiving the report, meaning a ruling is expected on or before 12 November.
