Lone parents should be obliged to seek work

All lone parents with a youngest child over the age of one should be obliged to seek work or face losing their benefits, a government-commissioned review has urged. The review by Professor Paul Gregg says that "virtually no-one" should be able to claim benefits without actively seeking work. It is available via www.regen.net/doc.
